the check-in process was quick. my room was upgraded to a bella vista queen or twin room sea pool & garden view, really nice. the coral beach has a sandy part and colorful fishes. guest services were amazing (karina is amazing!).

the staff showed genuine support and kindness, especially the concierge. i found the front office experience great and the towel services near the beach provided prompt assistance. their warm hospitality contributed positively.

the restaurant manager was friendly and accommodating.
The room i booked was not what i expected. the appliances seemed old, and the textiles were worn out. They need to be replaced. also, the hotel taxi service felt very expensive. I recommend finding alternative transportation outside the hotel.

this resort offers a great one-stop location for a vacation with many activities available. it is located conveniently close to the airport. the staff speaks english fluently and the location is fantastic for kids because it features a lot of water activities. i must say i was impressed by the staff, the cleanliness of the rooms, the location, amenities, quietness, food and professionalism. buggies operate frequently and at no cost across the whole resort, a great help.
my only very slight disappointment was that a few sunbeds near the beach were broken, it would be good to see this quickly fixed.

The room was well-organized and comfortable offering all i could expect for a convenient vacation. The daily cleaning service was prompt and helpful. the provision of fresh towels and toiletries was regular which added to the overall convenience. the air conditioning worked effectively maintaining a comfortable temperature throughout my stay.

i discovered that the staff members were consistently friendly and helpful. they spoke english , made communication easy. the promptness of the buggy service around the resort significantly contributed to my ability to explore all the offerings. i really appreciated the consistent smiles.

the resort had convenient proximity to the airport, a very short ride. the location allows for easy access to various attractions and activities in the area. its situation near the private beach gave excellent opportunities to make the most of seaside activities. i found the setting of the place relaxing.

I loved the diverse range of food choices as they were delicious. i had a wide range of cuisines available. It was really interesting. the restaurant staff demonstrated fantastic service. the cleanliness of the dining areas enhanced the dining experience.

the resort has many pools that offer a refreshing retreat. the private beach access contributes positively to the overall experience. the on-site spa offers various relaxing treatments with very skilled staff. i found the availability of free wifi throughout the resort really useful.

Underwhelming Beach Access and Limited All-Inclusive Perks

The landscaping looked well kept, with bougainvillea and decorative grasses.
The beach access was a huge disappointment. A large part of it is now exclusive to 'Club' members. This area sat mostly unused while the rest of us were relegated to a kiosk with nowhere to sit, it felt unwelcoming. my air conditioning reeked of fish one evening, my clothes probably smelled. Maintenance issues, communal cleaning and check-out problems impacted my experience.
